Lemon Gooey Butter Cookies with a soft, gooey center and lightly crackled edges, made with real butter, cream cheese, and fresh lemon zest. The dough comes together smoothly, chills briefly for perfect structure, then bakes into cookies that stay tender inside while setting just right on the outside. A delicate balance of sweetness and citrus makes these cookies rich without being heavy. Simple ingredients, precise steps, and a reliable result every time. | Swift Tasty
